Coming from Epsom:Go along the A24 past the shops in The Street in Ashtead, after the Shell petrol station turn 2nd right into Ottways Lane, then right after about 200 metres into Paddocks Way. Go past the houses with no numbers, turn right at the T junction and find the last house on the right, Ashtead Tutor, 9, Paddocks Way.

junction, keeping to the left follow the road to the end and find the last house on the right as shown on the map, Ashtead Tutor, 9,
